Susan Brock is an Account Manager at Parker, Smith & Feek, Inc. in the Commercial Department. Her areas of expertise include food risks, financial institutions, marine risks, and technology risks. Susan also has substantial experience in large, complex property accounts for owners, managers, contractors, and developers.
Susan began her insurance career in 1986 and has been with PSF since 2007. Prior to joining PSF, Susan was an OCIP Project Administrator with the Hobbs Group and a Commercial Account Administrator with several regional, national, and international brokers in the Seattle area. Susan holds the Management Liability Insurance Specialist (MLIS) and the Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) professional designations. She graduated from Shorter College in Rome, Georgia with a B.A. in Communications and Public Relations.
Susan is an active member of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society as an activist and MS Ambassador. Susan also serves on the Sound Transit Citizens’ Accessibility Advisory Committee.
